I have been writing HTML for years but every so often someone mentions a HTML element I have never used. <map>? <ruby>?

Every day, HTML Element of the Day highlights a new HTML element. The blog is rotated at 12am UTC.

Descriptions are copied verbatim from MDN's HTML reference page, since there is no value in paraphrasing already-written, detailed definitions.

I made this site to spark my curiosity to learn more about HTML. Perhaps I'll take on trying to use each element!
